News from Liz (Davey) Lane
Greetings, all! I never thought I'd blog, since it seems so time consuming, but I've been nicely surprised with a snow day at work (remember snow days?), so I thought I'd give in for the sake of DHS87, at least once, anyway.
Andy - Congratulations on being a new dad! Getting any sleep yet? Lord knows, it took us about four months before we slept through the night!
Carl - So sorry to miss the mini-reunion! Offered a rare opportunity to play single for a couple of days, I went snowboarding at Killington. I want to hear about the next one, though!
Tallie - Looking great! Your littlun is too cute! I do need to visit Denver in the future, I will give a buzz if it looks more like a 'trip' than a stopover.
My closest buds from days of yore, Raquel Arroyo & Jordana Posner are both here in Fairfield County. Raquel, with her husband and two children in Stratford, after a few years spent in New Hampshire. Jordana has just bought a house in Shelton & is doing great.
We just celebrated our son's first birthday on Sunday. Below is a (very
silly) picture of Matt and me with Max, who refused to stay in his birthday hat for longer than a few seconds at a time. He's a bruiser at 32" tall and walking--so he's quite something to keep up with!
It's great to read all the notes! 'Chat soon!
