Good News From Thorney in Alabama

Thanks for thinking of us. We're fine here in Birmingham - the worst of wind and rain went to the west of us, and the worst tornados were further east. We lost power for a few hours, most offices were closed on Tuesday, and most schools are closed today. But things are getting back to normal for us pretty quickly. We're incredibly lucky.
